Main Features Controlling the function and appearance of your guestbook As guestbook owner you have a wide range of facilities to manage the content, presentation and design of your guestbook. You have three main editing facilities that accomplish these tasks. amend the display control parameters edit the HTML formatting edit the entries Checking entries There is a special feature which allows you, the guestbook owner, to hold back the display of new entries from the standard display until you have checked them over but the visitor submitting the entry will see it immediately. This feature, along with the delaying of entries being displayed in the standard display and the emailing of the contents of new entries to you, the guestbook owner, can be used together to manage the content of new entries so that you can ensure the acceptability of entries. Just check the entry when it's emailed to you. If it's OK, just do nothing and after the delay period it will automatically be displayed or if you want it displayed immediately just turn the display on. Alternatively if the entry is unacceptable you can delete it, amend it, or just turn the display off until you decide what to do.
